nily

Free health assessments, tests and checkers that give you a useful next step

Every Nily checker is a free, private health check — no account, no payment — across mental, metabolic and women's health. You should be able to understand a health tool before it asks you for anything, and when you want the full, personalised report, we ask for your WhatsApp number so we can send it to you. Your answers are never sold.

Select the tool closest to your current concern. If you are unsure, start with the general health assessment and narrow the journey from there.

The Nily app is free forever, and no account is needed to take a check—your information stays private and stays yours.

No online checker can diagnose a condition, prescribe treatment, confirm medicine eligibility or rule out an emergency.

What is an online health assessment?

An online health assessment is a short, structured set of questions that turns scattered symptoms, habits and concerns into an organized, non-diagnostic result. Nily's health risk assessment tools cover metabolic, women's and mental wellbeing concerns, plus focused checkers for specific risk factors—giving you orientation on what to track or discuss next, never a diagnosis or a guaranteed prescription.

Start broad or go directly to the concern

General Health Assessment

Organize your goals, current routines, symptoms, known conditions and relevant health context across multiple areas. The result helps you choose a starting point without forcing every user into the same program.

Best for: People who are not sure which tool or pathway fits.

Result: A non-diagnostic summary of areas to track, learn about or discuss.

Weight and metabolic health

Indian BMI and Waist-Risk Calculator

Review weight change, waist context, movement and family history together, and understand the limits of each. A measured BMI and waist reading from a clinician is the real check — and neither measurement defines health or establishes medicine eligibility by itself. Check Weight and Waist Risk Factors

Blood Sugar Risk Check

Review established risk factors and understand which validated tests are commonly used to assess blood sugar status. The checker cannot diagnose prediabetes or diabetes. Check Blood Sugar Risk Factors

GLP-1 Eligibility and Consultation Readiness Check

Also known as a GLP-1 eligibility checker, this tool reviews general factors a qualified professional may consider before discussing prescription weight-management medicine. The result does not confirm medical eligibility, select a medicine, recommend a dose or guarantee a prescription. Check GLP-1 Consultation Readiness

Women's health

PCOS/PCOD Self-Check

Organize cycle, skin, hair, metabolic and other relevant symptoms. The result cannot diagnose PCOS/PCOD or exclude another explanation. Use the PCOS/PCOD Self-Check

Period and Symptom Tracker

Record timing, flow, pain, symptoms, mood, energy and the effect on daily functioning. Open the Period and Symptom Tracker

Thyroid and Fatigue Check

Organize persistent fatigue and related symptoms while recognizing that symptoms alone cannot confirm a thyroid condition. Use the Thyroid and Fatigue Check

Postpartum Wellbeing Check-In

Reflect on recovery, mood, sleep, support and daily functioning after childbirth, with urgent human-support guidance where needed. Start the Postpartum Wellbeing Check-In

Mental wellbeing

PHQ-9 Depression Screener

Complete a structured depression screener and review the reported symptom range, limitations and appropriate next steps. The score is not a diagnosis. Use the PHQ-9 Depression Screener

GAD-7 Anxiety Screener

Review selected anxiety symptoms over the screener's defined period. The result cannot diagnose every anxiety-related condition or rule out physical causes. Use the GAD-7 Anxiety Screener

Stress Check

Reflect on current demands, perceived stress, recovery and support without treating stress as personal failure. Use the Stress Check

Sleep and Mood Check

Explore whether changes in sleep and mood are occurring together. An association in tracked data does not prove causation. Use the Sleep and Mood Check

Skin, ageing and deeper metabolic checks

Metabolic Flexibility Check

Look at the everyday lifestyle factors shaping your metabolic health and which ones are still changeable. It cannot measure your metabolism or undo a diagnosis. Check Metabolic Flexibility

Insulin Resistance Type Check

Reflect on carb, stress and movement patterns to see which everyday approach may fit you. It cannot measure or diagnose insulin resistance — only labs and a clinician can. Explore Your Patterns

Hormonal vs Dietary Acne Check

Track where and when breakouts flare to build awareness of possible internal triggers. It cannot confirm what causes your acne. Check Breakout Patterns

Skin Pattern Check

Organize redness, texture and flaking into observation patterns to take to a dermatologist. Nily has no dermatology service and recommends no products. Organize Your Skin Patterns

Biological Age Check

See whether your daily habits lean younger or older than your years. It is a reflective lifestyle impression, never a measurement, and it never returns a number. Check Your Habits

Longevity Lifestyle Audit

Review stress, sleep, sun, movement and food to see which habits support ageing well. It does not predict lifespan. Audit Your Habits

What "free" means on Nily

You can understand the tool before creating an account

Every public tool page explains its purpose, questions, limitations, approximate completion time and result type before requesting health information. Each flow asks only the minimum fields needed, and you can start anonymously.

Free to take, and safety is never gated

No payment, no app download and no account is needed to take a check. If an answer suggests you may be at risk, support information is shown to you immediately—before any result and before we ask for anything. To send your full personalised report we ask for your WhatsApp number and your explicit consent.

Optional follow-up requires specific consent

If you ask to save, email or discuss a result, Nily requests only the information needed for that action. Marketing consent remains separate and optional from consent to process a tool response.

A free result is not a hidden sales diagnosis

Nily does not inflate risk, invent urgency or present a paid service as the only safe choice. Self-guided, professional and urgent options are shown according to the result and tool scope.

How every Nily health tool works

Step 1

Explain the purpose

Tell you what the tool covers, what it cannot determine and how your responses will be handled.

Step 2

Ask only relevant questions

Keep the flow mobile-first, accessible and focused. Nily avoids collecting unrelated health details for possible future marketing.

Step 3

Apply safety rules immediately

Red-flag or crisis responses interrupt the ordinary funnel—a safety interruption—and show direct human-support options for an urgent answer. Safety never waits until the final score.

Step 4

Show a clear result

Summarize the reported range, contributing answers, limitations and possible next steps in plain language. A result is never used as a diagnosis or prescription instruction.

Step 5

Let you choose

Offer relevant choices: continue tracking, read an educational guide, save the result, join a program, explore a test or access an available consultation. Nily never auto-enrols or preselects marketing consent.

Step 6

Connect future tracking

If you choose to save the result, it connects to the appropriate Nily timeline or CHI context without representing the score as a permanent identity.

Tool results are designed for action—not certainty

Each result groups your answers into an orientation and a result category—never a verdict.

A Nily tool can A Nily tool cannot
Organize the information you report Verify that every answer is complete or medically accurate
Calculate a defined score or measurement Convert a screening score into a diagnosis
Explain common result ranges and limitations Rule out a condition or emergency
Suggest areas to track or discuss Select prescription medicine or dose
Route to a relevant program, service or guide Guarantee eligibility, treatment, appointment or outcome
Display immediate support when safety is at risk Replace urgent, in-person or individualized professional care

Choose what happens to your result

You may use a public result without opting into marketing. If you choose to save it, Nily explains what will be stored, why, for how long and who can access it.

Sensitive answers, inferred conditions, screening scores, pregnancy information, medicine information, laboratory values, journal text and crisis responses are never sent to advertising platforms, remarketing systems, heatmaps or general session replay.

Frequently asked questions

Are Nily's health tools really free?

The public tools listed on this hub provide their core result without requiring payment. Optional programs, consultations, laboratory tests or other services may have a separate price that must be shown before purchase.

Do I need an account to use a checker?

No. Every checker is free to take with no account and no payment. To send you the full personalised report we ask for your WhatsApp number and your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time. If an answer suggests you may be at risk, support information is shown immediately — never behind that request.

Are the results medically accurate?

Each tool should use a defined question set and transparent logic, but the result depends on the information entered and the limits of the tool. It is not a medical diagnosis or substitute for individual evaluation.

Can a checker tell me whether I have PCOS, diabetes, depression or a thyroid condition?

No. A checker can organize reported symptoms or risk factors and indicate when further assessment may be appropriate. Diagnosis may require history, examination, validated testing and professional interpretation.

Can the GLP-1 checker confirm that I am eligible for medicine?

No. It is a consultation-readiness tool. Only an appropriately qualified prescriber can determine whether a prescription medicine is suitable after individual assessment.

Will a high result automatically book a consultation?

No. The result page may offer a relevant consultation pathway, but the user must choose it. A high or concerning result must not be exploited through false urgency.

Can I use more than one tool?

Yes. Start with the concern that matters most. Avoid repeatedly taking multiple tools in search of certainty; overlapping or concerning symptoms may be better discussed with a qualified professional.

Are PHQ-9 and GAD-7 diagnostic tests?

No. They are structured screening tools. Their results can support reflection and professional assessment but do not establish a diagnosis by themselves.

What happens if an answer indicates a possible emergency?

The normal tool flow must stop and display immediate human-support actions. Nily must not require payment, login, app download or assessment completion before showing emergency guidance.

Will Nily use my answers for advertising?

Sensitive health answers and results must not be sent to advertising or remarketing platforms. Optional marketing consent must remain separate from consent to process a tool response.

Can I delete a saved result?

Nily should provide the rights and request process described in its current privacy and data-use notices. An anonymous result that was never saved to an account should not be retroactively connected to a marketing identity.

How can I contact Nily?

For support or privacy questions, email care@nily.health. For business or partnership enquiries, email Info@annotatory.com.
