Coaching apps are built around a paid subscription and an assigned coach who guides your day. Nily is built around understanding: free assessments, longitudinal tracking, and a route to a qualified professional when one is actually needed. If what you want is daily accountability from a human coach, a coaching subscription is designed for that and may suit you better.
Does Nily reverse diabetes?
No, and we do not use that word. Sustained lifestyle change can meaningfully improve metabolic health for many people, but it is not a cure, results vary, and no app can promise a particular clinical outcome. If you have been diagnosed with diabetes, manage it with your doctor and never stop prescribed medicine on the strength of an app.
Do you sell my health data?
No. Health answers are never sold, never sent to advertising platforms, remarketing systems or data brokers, and never shared with an employer or insurer. We do not build advertising audiences out of health conditions. That is a design constraint, not a preference.
