Metabolic health assessment — free, private, takes 3 minutes

Eating the same, moving the same — so why is everything harder? The waistband that went first. The crash an hour after lunch. Cravings that arrive whether you're hungry or not. Each one on its own sounds like a bad week — together they're a pattern, and patterns are the thing worth looking at. Three private minutes to see how yours actually reads, and what's genuinely worth asking a doctor.

Free and private · your answers are never sold or shown to advertisers. This is a self-report check — not a test, a measurement or a diagnosis.

What is a metabolic health assessment?

A metabolic health assessment is a short set of questions about the everyday signals linked to how your body handles energy — weight direction, appetite and cravings, how you feel after meals, activity, sleep and family history. It organizes them into one non-diagnostic summary. It measures nothing, cannot diagnose or rule out diabetes, prediabetes or any other condition, and cannot confirm eligibility for any medicine.

Frequently asked questions

Can this assessment tell me if I have a metabolic condition?

No. It organizes what you report about weight, appetite, energy, movement and sleep into a non-diagnostic summary. It cannot diagnose or rule out diabetes, prediabetes, insulin resistance, thyroid conditions or anything else. Those are identified through appropriate testing interpreted by a qualified professional — never through an online questionnaire.

Why does it not ask my weight, BMI or waist measurement?

Because a number entered on a website changes nothing on its own, and a cutoff applied without context can mislead in both directions. This assessment asks about direction and change instead — whether weight is drifting, whether clothes feel tighter, how you feel after meals — which is what a self-report tool can honestly work with.

How is this different from the Blood Sugar Risk Check?

The Blood Sugar Risk Check focuses narrowly on established blood-sugar risk factors and points you to the tests a doctor may use. This assessment is broader — how weight, appetite, energy, movement and sleep are behaving together. If blood sugar is your specific worry, the focused check will ask better questions.

Can it tell me whether I qualify for weight-loss medicine?

No. Nothing on this page can confirm eligibility for any prescription medicine, select a medicine or recommend a dose. Only an appropriately qualified prescriber can decide that, after an individual assessment. A tool result is not a step towards a prescription.

What should I do with the result?

Treat it as a shortlist, not a verdict. If a few things came up, pick the ones worth watching over the next few weeks and see whether they hold. If several came up together, the more useful move is asking a doctor whether any testing is worth doing — real numbers beat a self-report score.

Are my answers private?

Yes. Your answers produce a result for you. Sensitive answers, family history and any signals you report are never sold, sent to advertisers or used to build a marketing profile.

Symptoms such as a marked increase in thirst, urinating much more than usual, unexplained weight loss, blurred vision or persistent extreme tiredness can have several causes and deserve prompt assessment by a qualified professional — please don't wait for a quiz result. If you have severe confusion, fainting, difficulty breathing, persistent vomiting or another rapidly worsening emergency, call 112 now or go to the nearest emergency department. Nily is not a crisis or emergency service.

Never start, stop or change any prescription medicine based on this tool or any website content. This assessment does not measure your weight, blood sugar, blood pressure or cholesterol, and it cannot confirm that any medicine, program or test is suitable for you.
