Metabolic care cost planner: know what to ask first
You're not avoiding care — you're avoiding a bill you can't see the end of. It is a reasonable fear. You book one consultation, and it becomes tests, then a program, then a follow-up you didn't plan for — and nobody laid it out at the start. So people postpone the whole thing. This planner does the unglamorous thing instead: it shows you which parts of care may actually apply to someone in your situation, so you can walk in asking about each one separately, and decline what you don't need.

What is a metabolic care cost planner?
A metabolic care cost planner is a short set of questions about where you are in your health journey, which maps the components that a pathway may involve — an initial assessment, a consultation with a qualified professional, laboratory tests where they are indicated, structured program support, ongoing follow-up and, where a clinician raises it, medicine. It is a list of what to ask about, not a quote: it shows no prices, never shows the price of any prescription medicine, and does not estimate what you will spend. Prices for Nily services and programs appear on their own pages, before you buy.
Frequently asked questions
Does this planner show me prices?
No, and that is deliberate. It shows which components of care may apply to your situation — assessment, consultation, laboratory tests, program support, follow-up and, where a clinician raises it, medicine — so you know what to ask about. Prices for Nily services and programs are shown on their own pages, before you buy, and they can change. A number buried in a quiz result would go stale and mislead you.
Will it tell me what weight-loss medicine costs?
No. This planner never shows or implies the price of any prescription medicine, and it does not name any medicine. Whether medicine is part of your care at all is a decision for an appropriately qualified prescriber who has assessed you individually — not something to assume while budgeting, and not something a website should advertise.
Is a higher result telling me I will spend more?
No. The result reflects how many components may be relevant to someone in your situation, not what anything costs and not what you will spend. Someone with several relevant components may choose only one of them. The point of the list is to let you ask about each part separately, rather than being handed a single bundle.
Will Nily push me into a program after this?
No. The result offers pathways that relate to what you described, and you choose whether any of them is worth exploring. A result is never used to manufacture urgency, and nothing is auto-enrolled. If the honest answer for you is "just the assessment for now", that is a complete answer.
Do I need all of these components?
Almost certainly not. Which parts genuinely apply depends on your history, what has already been done and what a qualified professional thinks is worth doing — that is a conversation, not a checkout. Use the list to ask better questions and to decline what you do not need.
Are my answers private?
Yes. Your answers produce a result for you. Sensitive answers are never sold, sent to advertisers or used to build a marketing profile. Saving a result to track it over time is optional and happens in the Nily app.
Please don't let planning costs delay getting assessed. Symptoms such as a marked increase in thirst, urinating much more than usual, unexplained weight loss, blurred vision or persistent extreme tiredness can have several causes and deserve prompt assessment by a qualified professional. If you have severe confusion, fainting, difficulty breathing, persistent vomiting or another rapidly worsening emergency, call 112 now or go to the nearest emergency department. Nily is not a crisis or emergency service.
This planner is educational. It shows which components of care may apply so you know what to ask about — it does not quote a price, does not estimate what you will spend, and is not a bill, an invoice or an offer. It never shows or implies the price of any prescription medicine. Whether any medicine is appropriate is decided only by an appropriately qualified prescriber, after individual assessment. Prices for Nily services and programs are shown on their own pages before you buy, and they may change.
